I have noticed that I gravitate toward sitting on the velvet (darker) slipcover, partly because of the texture and also (subliminally, I think) because I don't worry so much about getting it dirty! Hmm, we will see. Stay tuned for an update in the future! :)Nicole @ one half worldhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11454414459957790225noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1832020250032660949.post-41032837749042909182011-09-07T12:11:13.755-05:002011-09-07T12:11:13.755-05:00I vote suede!I vote suede!Kara Khttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12046927512841747760noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1832020250032660949.post-70537682548921033522011-09-07T08:39:31.398-05:002011-09-07T08:39:31.398-05:00What about the cloud color of slipcover? The taupe color seems to have more grey in it and not as "warm" as some of the other fabrics on the coffee table. Just some thoughts! I may have to come see!Jamie/Mnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1832020250032660949.post-23231047935481992132011-09-06T15:48:39.710-05:002011-09-06T15:48:39.710-05:00Given the fact that I used flannel pajama pants as...Given the fact that I used flannel pajama pants as arm covers for my reading chair, I can't offer meaningful advice. Why not use the slipcover in the warm months and the deeper color in the cold months? Either way, knowing your tastes, the end result will be just the thing.EQPloghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11861281661290716199noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1832020250032660949.post-2744287146812340132011-09-06T15:17:03.254-05:002011-09-06T15:17:03.254-05:00Okay, I'm not going to be very helpful...I lov...Okay, I'm not going to be very helpful...I love the ivory canvas...but, we have an ivory canvas slipcover on an ikea poang chair in our kids room, and it's a pain to keep clean. I really like the taupe, but I have to admit I really love the ivory it totally brightens the room. Is the maintenance of white worth it to you?Nikkihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01807425976554201898noreply@blogger.com
