Large photographs of architecture

I really like pictures of architecture used as artwork.  I think it works best when done as in the dining room above: large scale and simple, modern frame.  My problem is that our house has few expanses of wall large enough to accommodate such a photograph.  If it did, I'd want one of these:

Chateau de Versailles

Havana, Cuba, as photographed by Robert Polidori, who always seems to capture the beauty in destruction and decay. I'd love to purchase one of his photographs one day.
