Have you seen the website TeachParentsTech.com? Google has been advertising it, and I think it's hilarious / actually really useful. There are several categories of videos available, everything from choosing a secure password to learning how to send photos via email and use video chat. The videos are short (less than a minute long). It leans toward Google and Macs but also has some useful information for PC users.

The website is supposed to be for parents, but I definitely learned a few tricks by watching the videos. Even if you are already really tech-savvy, this may help you explain concepts to less computer literate family and friends.
